1. Research Purposes Only

GammaHelix is an experimental computational biology tool intended strictly for Research Purposes Only. It is not a medical device. The outputs generated by this platform must not be used for direct clinical diagnosis, patient care, or therapeutic decision-making without rigorous, independent human validation and physical in vitro or in vivo testing.

2. Liability & Data Use

GammaHelix provides an interface for predictive modeling but is in no way responsible for the accuracy of the generated data, the biological interpretation of the metrics, or the specific use cases to which the generated data is applied by the user.

3. Third-Party Agreements

By agreeing to use GammaHelix, you acknowledge that you are accessing a third-party model. You inherently agree to abide by all rules, conditions, data restrictions, and terms of service set forth by the creators of AlphaGenome.
